Products purchased at may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

We want to ensure all our customers are delighted with their orders, that's why we offer an industry leading 30 day money back guarantee on all products purchased through this site.

If within 30 days of purchase you are not completely happy with your product simply email us and we will issue you with a returns number so that you can return the item for a full refund of the original amount paid.

We want you and your baby to be delighted with your purchase.  97% of babies love their mimijumi bottles. Occasionally it can take a few tries though!

If your baby is refusing the bottle, please contact us and we will send you our Fussy Baby Bible full of tips and tricks for getting your baby to love the bottle.

If your baby continues to refuse the bottle, please email us and we will issue you with a returns number.  Please return the product in its original packaging along with your order confirmation paperwork within 30 days of purchase to:

Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office or similar proof of despatch if using another shipping method.

Upon receipt of the returned product a refund of the product value will be issued to your payment card. Depending on your bank or card issuing authority the refund can take up to three days to show on your statement.
